Keurig question, Can I use regular coffee in the Keurig, another container?

I posted this under the Keurig thread but thought maybe I should start a new one for this question?

QVC will have the smaller Keurig personal coffee maker as a TSV Dec. 11 for $69.98. It says Keurigs K10 personal coffee maker with 12 K cups. It comes in 11 colors, choice of 6, 8 or 10 ounce size, one touch operation and brews in under 2 minutes, auto shut off after 90 seconds, LED image indicator and removable drip tray and cord storage.

Now I have a question I was thinking of getting this for our son for Christmas since he drinks 1 cup of coffee many times over the course of a day/night but doesn't like to make a full pot, likes it fresh each time. So, is there something he could use to put his own coffee in so he wouldn't have to buy K cups. I know he wouldn't like if he had to buy only K cups all the time and he likes plain regular coffee, no flavors and nothing fancy, prefers 8 O'clock coffee mostly but will also pick up Folgers. Is there something he can use to make his own coffee with this or not? thanks, this will decide if I pick it up for him or not.
