Keurig is not consistently working, help please!

I have a Keurig that is now out of warranty, and it's starting to act up.

I use it once a day to make a 12 oz cup of coffee, some days it makes a perfect cup, and other days I may get 3 oz or 30 oz to come out of it.

I tried using descaling it with vinegar and that has not helped.

Can anyone offer any suggestions before I buy another one?
