Got a second Keurig for the RV and it has a burnt/plastic taste. Exchanged it and had the same problem. Spoke with Ashley at Keurig (boy was she in a mood!). Apparently this is a problem with the "new" Keurigs and if I had gotten one that had sat on the shelf it wouldn't be a problem (really Ashley?) She had me do the vinegar flush which didn't work. Did it again (should customers really have to correct Keurig's problem) Didn't work. We will be taking it back and not purchasing Keurig again -- oh, btw, Ashley said she had the same problem when she purchazsed a Vue.
