Has anyone had the same trouble as I have with the new Keurig?  Coffee grounds in the coffee!  I had an older model and also the mini model and never had trouble with this before.  I googled it and they suggest cleaning the blades but caution that they are very sharp!  Why should I have to clean the blades on a brand new machine!  I am going to send this back.  Luckily I kept my old keurig.  I do like the profile of the new one but I don't need to be picking coffee grounds out of my coffee all the time!

I have had the same problem. Even with the Plus model.  Used K-cups and the my k cup with the same results.  I took it back to the store. I have since started using my 575 model with no problems.

I had 2 Keurigs and never had any luck with them and for what they cost.  No thanks I will use my little 5 cup coffee maker from a big box store for $15.00

I have the Supreme Plus version, purchased at Costco, and like it very much.

@artschool    Just finished packing mine up...I had to wait for a return label because there was no invoice in my original shipping.  QVCSocial Team was very helpful getting one out to me.
The main reason I purchased this Keurig was for the side reservoir.  It's a nice feature, but the unit just doesn't work right.  The coffee is never hot...and very weak.  The unit also "spits" the coffee out and makes a mess.  My last 2 attempts at making a cup of coffee had grounds in the cup.  Apparently it is defective.   It goes back tomorrow.

These machines are money pits.  Glad I still proudly use my Mr. Coffee machine from the late 1970s.  Hasnt failed me yet.  Between the cost of the KCups and the unreliability of the Keurig machine I feel I have saved thousands of dollars over the years.

@Reever  We are on our second one since they first came out. We love it. We get the k cups at Costco. We each drink 2 cups in the morning and that's it for the day.

I have the model from last years Christmas TSV and have no problems.  Sorry to hear about those having problems w/ this years model.

@Reever

I use the My K cup and my own grounds most of the time so my cup of coffee costs no more than using my Cusinart Brew.

@artschool Shake the K-Cup before using it , it spreads the grounds out and that work for me.
