Keurig has excellent CS, but it's frustrating when your machine poops out and you need to wait a number of days for a replacement.   I may go the Cuisinart route at some point.

We had a Keurig and had problems with the descale thing as well.  Have a friend that the light won't go out on.  My SIL took hers back to Costco and was told they have been getting these back by the truckload.  We now have a Cuisant and no problems.
