K36181, Cooks Essentials TSV for a few months back- Scratching Terribly***

Did anyone else order the TSV set when it was on? Mine starting scratching right off the bat. My husband used a metal utensil (a fork, which we are suppose to be able to use) and it scratched my pan right out of the box. I took another pan out today and the same thing. Scratches. I have an older cooks essential set that never did this. I watched this presentation and Mr. Warden told us over and over this set had been tested and would never scratch. Something has happened here. I just wanted to see if anyone else other than me had experienced this. I love the sizes of the set and everything about it but it scratches horribly.
