Be prepared to cut and chew - and chew - and chew.  One package of mine went to the garbage pail.  No 'tender' in those tips.

I'm on auto delivery with one order received so far.  Every package of tenderloin pieces within this order has been perfectly tender as one would expect.  Mayby dellivery #2 will be different as your's was.  I wonder if it is like a scam, send what was advertised once, send stew meat thereafter. Smiley LOL

That's a shame. I think I would've found a way to use that. Pressure cookers tenderize tough meat.

Still have one package in freezer - I tried to cut in smaller pieces for stew - using sharp kitchen scissor - I just couldn't cut through the hundreds of membrane and grizzle - if I had 4 hungry kids I'd have pressed on; but just for me.............forget it!
