Make pickled watermelon rind, or use it on a fresh salad. The juice from canned artichoke hearts is good on green salad, too.

It's done it's job, give it a proper and respectful disposal. Say prayer and pour it down the drain...

I give to a friend - she uses it in the garden. Don't ask what for. When they were handing out the garden genes, my Mother was buzy flirting with the life guard in the gene pool.
