Hopefully Publix isn't like one chain around here that marks-up the item's price during BOGO sales. It's still a deal - just not as good as you originally thought. When I see "BOGO" in their circular, warning lights go off.

I wish I had a Publix. Love the King Arthur flours. I'm a big baker including making breads. That's a great deal.

My good friend is moving so she brought me all her baking ingredients she recently bought. I put some to good use made pecan chocolate chip cookies for spouse, his favorites.

Many grocers are having big promotions for holiday baking supplies as well as other grocery items. I won't be doing any cooking for the holidays this year, but may still take advantage of the sales and stock up on things I need anyway.
