I have wat too many LC pieces but this is the one I use most often. Love LC.

The only piece I am sorry I bought is the square grill pan. I can't fit much in it and can never get it seasoned correctly. There are better configurations. I like my little omelet pan, skillet and dutch ovens though. I see LeCrueset on almost every cooking show but Lidia switched to Staub. I agree that I don't like the dark interior on Staub.

I have the same one in shiny black and love it!! Use it all the time!
I have these in small, medium and large and I LOVE all three. I have collected LC for 25 years now. GREAT cookware isn't it?

Happy Monday to everyone!
That 3 qt. Le Creuset Balt is one lovely pot, and the colors are really gorgeous.
Congrats to all who purchased, and please update after you have used it.
I would have purchased that one also, but hubby really surprised me when he did a partial kitchen reno recently, since he knows I adore the light pink color.
At that time I recall I commented I would like to eventually buy new kitchen accessories to match the one light pink vibrant wall color, and other pink kitchen items I already had.
A few days later he was gone most of the day, and was very secretive when he returned.....I awoke early in the morning to find him missing from the bed so I went looking for him.. I nailed him, and I got a fast glimpse of some of my new light pink kitchenware items.
He did give me one because I would not let him get away with hiding all of the packages.
It is this gorgeous Le Creuset 3 3/4 Quart 3 serving braiser, in their gorgeous stunning Hibiscus pink color.
It is from the Le Creuset Oasis Collection and below are the 3 links to view the gorgeous tranquil vibrant new color palettes...

It would be great if QVC brought this line in, and oferred these new Oasis Collection colors, and put them all on easy pay for everyone to enjoy!
I also saw a pink Kitchen Aid stand Mixer, but it is still out of my reach....darn it!!!!!
He also bought other light pink related kitchen items which he hid somewhere, and said soon it will all be unveiled, and now I feel like I just have to be patient,
spit nails...... and wait, but the new Hibiscus braiser
I will use making a Moroccan Chicken favorite dish, with veggies, olives, wonderful Moroccan spices, and my tasty preserved Meyer lemons
.
I really worry when he is away too long, because I know he is scheming something
.
We both have many LeCreuset pieces in various colors we have collected for so many years and since hubby is also a great creative cook he brought all his Le Creuset with him when we married, and we especially love to use them and use them on the indoor.outdoor cooking areas.
They heat fast, retain heat very well, and the food is gorgeous for presentation, and so tasty.
I love all cookware which can multi task on various cooking surfaces, and always prefer a nice weight to good cookware.
I know this 3 qt. Le Creuset Balti will be just perfect for everyone to cook with.
Happy cooking to all, and again congrats on your new Balti purchase.....enjoy it in good health
.

It's beautiful, though! Looks like a lovely blue. I have two sizes of that 'braiser' piece - one is red and the other one is black. Looks like yours is the largest one. I have the medium and small ones. ![]()

Oh, tell me about it! I have so many pieces that it's just ridiculous. My problem is that I don't have anybody to leave them to. I need to find out who might want some or all of mine because my husband won't understand their value.

I have been cycling out cookware and replacing with Le Creuset. C'est Magnifique!!! I have 9 items now and use daily. The easy pay option allows me to collect and I just love the durability, usefulness, and those beautiful colors.

Funny I've had 2 pieces of the blue Le creuset for years and rarely used them- a small frying pan and a 2 qt Dutch oven. The Dutch oven was too small to make a roast for the family and the fry pan seemed difficult to clean after using it for eggs. Recently I bought a 5 qt Dutch oven (red enamel) from Lodge and love it. Use it all the time..just made lamb stew last night. I pulled out the Le Creuset yesterday and will revisit it again.

I used my new Balti pot to saute peppers and onions for tacos yesterday! I love the finish on it and it did a great job of the saute! I can think of a lot of things to use it for: small curries, thick soups like potato soup when you don't want a gigantic batch; spiralized zucchini to saute then add the tomato sauce, etc.
