I make a pot every week for myself. Finished the last container of Minestrone this morning. SOUP its what's for breakfast for me.

I normally add barley to mine but last winter I put some quinoa in it and it was good too!

VFB....Vegetables For Breakfast!

 

’Dump Soup’...leftover vegetables at the end of the week.

I’ve even used a head of iceberg lettuce in my soups.

So incredibly sweet!  Who knew?

I made a pot of vegetable beef soup a few weeks ago. Will probably cook it again sometime next week. .
