 I do not see a PDF for the recipes on the Le Creuset pan I ordered.

It's funny to see this topic resurrected from last December.  I just received my latest Le Creuset purchase (griddle pan) and this time I did get the recipes! Unfortunately, none of them seem that enticing. Love the pan, though!
