Junior's has had to shut down production on certain days when they couldn't get supplies.  So far they have been able to satisfy their retailers, but they never saw anything like this before.

Cream cheese seems to be plentiful in other parts of the country.  I wonder why they don't make arrangements to get it elsewhere?

@Sooner I've never heard of buttermilk pie. Do you have a recipe you would care to share?

@Ladybug724 I'm sorry but I don't.  I know some have more buttermilk in them and I like those best.  I love the tang of it!  

Maybe someone here has one they like a lot.  I hadn't had one until I was in my late 20's.  It wouldn't have been sweet enough for my mom to fool with!
