I like a lot of different type cheeses....

Love all kinds of cheese but my new favorites are white cheddar blueberry and also cheddar jack. I'm from the dairy state so a multitude of choices abound like a kid in a candy shop.

I like all kinds of cheeses, but the one I never pass up when I can find it is burrata. Fresh mozzarella stuffed with cream and more soft mozzarella. There is even a version (never seen it) that is stuffed with butter and sugar. Talk about a guilty pleasure!

Cheese is my addiction. I cook with it and serve it with crackers. I sneak pieces of Gruyere when I make Quiche Lorraine! If I had to name a favorite to eat plain, I guess I'd say Butterkaese (sp?)!

I, too, love cheese. My favorite for snacking is Manchego.

Ooh! I'm cheese girl! When I try to diet, I crave cheese much more than chocolate. Fortunately, I can still have it! (Though not as much as I'd like...)

I like most of the hard and semi soft cheeses, but I'm not a fan of the soft ones.

When I have a bad day, a supper of grilled cheese and tomato soup really improves my mood. My fave for grilled cheese sandwiches is a combo of smoked gouda and provolone.

I love all cheese, they make salads taste better. I love parmesan, blue cheese and goat cheese on my salads.

I know this is not real cheese, but I like Kraft singles on my burgers (maybe because it takes me back to my childhood).
