The link I typed for Eclairs ll, won't work. I have the hardest time doing links. I type them in and submit and then when I click on them, sometimes they don't work. 
Looks like a good recipe anyway!!!!
LOVE Chocolate Eclairs, especially the little mini ones because then you can justify eating more! 
They deserve their own month, not just a day.
