Just returned from Dunkin' Donut, and I had a glazed doughnut and a Boston Cream doughnut. My Mom just wanted 1 glazed doughnut, she has willpower, just to eat one.

They had a sign in the store that June 6th is National Donut Day. You can get 1 free doughnut with the purchase of a drink.

Now my belly is full.

This doughnut is Awesome! I live in Spokane, but, visit the Portland area, often, because my Sister lives there.

Great area and VooDoo is fun. I've only been to the Downtown location, and it seems I always hit on Saturday, I think because we're at Saturday Market. If you have the time to stand in line, and the weather is OK, it's actually kind of fun. People are friendly, and chatting passes the time.

Some of the doughnuts are great, others, just OK. But the whole experience is fun!

Favorites are cake donuts chopped with chocolate, and those yummy ones filled with Bavarian Cream.

But the Beignets here in New Orleans are pretty darn good, too.

I don't eat donuts anymore but I used to love the ones with chocolate icing. Glazed were good, too.

I'm glad I broke the addiction. lol..

I hardly ever eat donuts but if I'm going to eat one I want a chocolate cake donut. Glazed donuts are really sweet. They are good if you cut them in half & toast in the oven with butter on them.

I love raspberry-filled jelly donuts - it's hard to find a good one anymore, though - instead of real raspberry jelly most places use raspberry-flavored goop.
