I watched his presentations Friday and was so tempted to buy his knife... and the cookwear looked good too. I was pleasantly surprised at how informative he was with his demos  and even the hosts let him go and did not interrupt.....much!! He is a fave of mine. I like his style and he and his wife, Ali (sp) are adorable together. I really don't need any cookware but that knife would be a good addition.

I had never heard of him before, but I was really impressed with the TS (almost got it, but I just don't need more cookware).  I'll watch for his items now.
