I'm watching the VM presentation with Jan (I think his name is). Are his recipes posted somewhere? The Hot Vanilla Sauce is calling my name. I found the VM recipes in the Community Menu, but they are not from today's presentation. Thanks.

The vanilla sauce is in the recipe book that comes with the Vitamix.

I got two books with my machine - one was entirely drinks, the other has all kinds of stuff.

I think Jan said that some of his recipes are there and he has some posted on QVC

Well, there it is in my VM book. I need to utilize the cookbook and website this year!

1 egg yold

2 c. room temp. milk

1/2 c. flour

1/2 c. sugar

1/8 t. salt

1 T vanilla

1 t. buttter

Place ingredients in machine in order listed. Select Variable 1. increase to 10, then high.

Blend 6 minutes or until heavy steam excapes from the vented lid.

Jan poured it over fresh fruit. Yum.
