@alohakz - Jan Muller retired from representing Vitamix and other products on QVC about five years ago. I think Rick is doing a great job with Vitamix presentations now.

@loriqvc Thanks for the info.  I thought Jan was sick.  Glad to hear he retired.  I liked him.  Rick doing a good job.  I like him also.
