I used to make these all of the time, years ago.

I used to use a recipe similar to the one that is used on the Food Network, but instead of using chocolate chips, I used the Heath toffee chips, and then I would frost them with vanilla butter cream frosting.

I used to take these to church meetings, and people would just eat the whole pan of them. They used to love to eat them.
