I have moved to an Italian area of the country. Antipasto is popular here at Christmas, the kind made with tuna, picked onions, green pepper, olives, and of all things, ketchup. I have made it and its a rather large batch. Having a craving this week, I bought some local product in the supermarket. This was ground up, unlike any recipe I have. It made it much easier to spread on crackers. My question for you Italians is, how do you grind this up? I'm hoping it isn't a meat grinder and that I can use a food processor.
