Hi @house_cat my family requested pork tenderloin.........so that is what is on my menu. When I make up a menu for any occasion/holiday, I make what my guests/family like or request.

I'm sure your holiday feast will be delicious, and I hope appreciated.

Our family eats Ham all the time. We stock up when they are on sale over X-mas and Easter.

We are smoking a turkey for Easter only because I still have a 22lb turkey in the freezer taking up space. Since we are not having a large gathering, I need to come up with a menu for the rest of the week to use up the turkey.

I would not be disappointed. As a matter of fact, I have made roast pork and roast beef for Easter before and my family enjoyed it. Besides, if they don't like it they can go elsewhere!

@ @gidgetgh That sounds delicious and I would love having that I agree there are NO RULES. Just fix and eat what you want for Holiday Meals ( or anytime )
