@house_cat ................no I would not be disappointed.  I dont know why everyone thinks we have to have the same old, same old for the holidays.  I have had pizza on holidays before.

We have had lasagna on Easter and cooked on the grill one year. We like to be Non Traditional in food  Smiley Happy

Sounds great to me.  Can just image pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes, and fresh asparagus.  Yum.

@Meowingkitty: I do like ham. However, I agree with you about serving a pork roast instead. Pork roast is a more flavorful cut of meat than the tenderloin IMO.

Yes. There needs to be extra for the week for me, for different meals, such as breakfast , and to add to casseroles and greenbeans.

I only cut off as much as we will eat . Quicker and not waste of any dring out.And can be heated in the air-fryer in minutes. And a glaze can still be on the side.

Yes ham pizza would be very good with a chef salad with ham cubes.
