Somehow I know this was you when I saw the thread title, @house_cat .  I don't have pre-supposed Easter dinner menu ideas, so it sounds fine to me.  Truth be told, I don't celebrate Easter, but I do enjoy a gathering.

One year I kept buying nicely priced spiral hams (yum - I could eat that all day) and DH got really sick of it.  Some years later, we still have no ham in this house.  He will not touch it.

@house_cat    Pork tenderloin would be lovely.  And having such short notice of ten for Easter dinner is a little daunting, but you will put your game face on and wow them, as usual, with your flair for cooking and all things domestic. 

Good thing you have the extra fridge now--that should ease your stress just a bit.

I'm way behind right now in the Easter menu department this year.  

Can't decide for some reason, partly because I'm still adjusting to price and availability at the supermarket that I shop at--Harris Teeters.  Still getting used to DC.  The other within walking distance option--Safeway--is under construction and nowhere near completion.

I'll get it together soon though, I always do.

Just relax and have fun with your guests.
