Is this too radical a twist on Easter dinner?

As usually happens to me, I just found out I'm hosting 10 people for Easter.

Sigh.

I'm thinking of cooking pork tenderloin instead of ham.

If you were served pork tenderloin rather than ham on Easter would you be disappointed?

cook whatever you like - I bet it will be delicious

I'm not one for traditions - we don't eat turkey for Thanksgiving

No I would rather have a pork roast. I’m not a huge fan of ham.

@house_cat  Sounds good to me.  With that said, make that 11 people and what time should I be there?  😀

I think you should cook whatever you like and the easiest for you to host 10.  I would personally prefer pork tenderloin.

Don't worry about it.  Whatever you prepare will be fine.

Thanks for your responses.  I'm glad to see my idea wasn't met with horrified comments, lol.  I will still make the traditional sides, as I think they'll go as well with the tenderloin as they would with ham.

@LdyBugz

Please arrive around 2 o'clock for appetizers - dinner will be served at 3 o'clock.
