Is it necessary for Jill & Rachel to try and out do each other?

Is it necessary for Jill to scream over Rachel Ray as they are both attempting to present the shopping systems? I don't need that set but wouldn't buy one simply because of this very unprofessional demonstration. Can't they give each other a chance instead of sounding like my third graders ? Rachel is even yelling over a phone caller. Give us listeners a break please, they are now both speaking or should I say yelling at the exact same time with different topics. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy}
