Hi All, 

 

For anyone interested, the recent IP TSV is now on sale at the same $79.98 price! It's not free s&h but it's a reduced s&h of $7.50 so, still an incredible buy. All the colors are there. I love mine. Haven't used the Sous Vide yet but know I will at some point.

 

i LOVE the auto sealing feature of the new lid, and the safer manual steam release feature of the button that's away from the valve.

Thanks for sharing @Thats Me ...the new lid feature sounds interesting and it just may give other pressure cookers some competition.
