My dad used to eat them as a kid, I've never had them, heard they taste like chicken but have no idea...yet. I am in need of some recipes for how to prepare them. They currently have them at our grocery store, its not something they carry all year, and want to prepare something my dad would enjoy. He doesn't cook and certainly doesn't remember how his family prepared them. I know I can google recipes, but would prefer to get some actual tried and true family recipes, and I understand this isn't the typical nightly cuisine, but if anyone has a good recipe its the ladies here.
