I love a pasta salad and its versatility.  Potato salad is good but most people makeit with hard boiled eggs which don't like.

I only use egg whites, not the yolk which has cholesterol.

DH is a heart patient and was the city's first angioplasty.

I eat both but am very picky about them; absolutely NO eggs in potato salad, and NO  olives or ranch dressing in pasta salad!
