If You Are A Tapioca Pudding Lover........

....and would like to try a delicious version of this dessert, go out and purchase a box of Kraft Minute Tapioca. It comes in a small box and can be found in the baking section of most grocery stores. Since I didn't have the correct amount of milk called for in the recipe, I substituted Carnation evaporated milk (did not dilute) for the regular milk. OMG {#emotions_dlg.w00t} it was absolutely delicious. So much so that I have made a batch of it every few days for the last couple of weeks. I AM HOOKED!
