Ideas For "Cookout" Sides

I'm planning a Father's Day cookout with hotdogs, hamburgers and Italian sausage. I also plan to make peppers and onions for the sausage, baked bean and chips; however, I'm looking for some other sides to make with these items. My family is not big on cole slaw so I'll not be having that but thought maybe a 7 layer salad but I could use a few more good suggestions. We'll be having birthday cake and ice cream for dessert as it is one of my granddaughter's birthday as well. Ideas please....
