I was wondering if anyone else has the problem I've had for years with every ice cream scoop that I've bought? After a few years, the very bottom of the inside of the bowl of the scoop part starts getting pitted or worn away. It gets kind of bumpy looking. I never put them in the dishwasher - always hand wash and dry. But yet they still get that worn, corroded area in the bowl.
I'm thinking of ordering K30344, the Zeroll pair of ice cream scoops. I'm wondering if the aluminum alloy product will resist the corrosion issue I have.
Has anyone ever tried this brand? The price seems high, but if they hold up, they might be worth the investment.
Thanks.
