I just happened to see some of David's show on Sunday, 3/22, when a Prepology item was being shown.  It was the three dish collapsible dipping trays.  I do not care for the vendor....bring back Mark Charles.  At one point David picked up a set to show how they separate.  David separated one and the vendor grabbed the other two out of David's hands.  Then the vendor started to talk about same thing...took one from David and put three back together.  It was very awkward for David and unprofessional by vendor.  David moved on as he always does and soon segment was over.

Anyone else see it?   Maybe my view of it was wrong but I don't think so.

Oh gee, I hate to disagree with you, but I didn't see that at all!  Just watched the video again.

Mark Charles Miselli never presented Prepology much if at all.  It was a blond woman who was not a Chef, and quite frankly, messed up every presentation she tried to do.  It was embarrassing.

They replaced her with Chef McGill.  He was the Instant Pot rep previously.

MCM was fired by the company he worked for, not by QVC.

Chef McGill is a trained chef and extremely knowledgeable and well versed in his products, and I think works excellent w/ DV and any host.

@RespectLife .....I just went back and found the video with product.  You are probably right.  Over-reaction on my part...sorry...unimportant thread here..😉.  Chef McGill did not grab it out of David's hands...he did take it away though and left David standing with one ...just seemed like an awkward segment.  Thanks for your input.

I did know MCM was fired by company he worked for...not QVC.  I would still like to see him come back.

Chef McGill used to be on HSN. I enjoy his presentations.

He probably had a non-compete clause in his contract. I would not count on MCM returning in the same role. He now has a job as Creative Director for Perlow Productions,  LLC if you want to look into what he is doing in that job.

FWIW, over the past year or two, David has started touching or grabbing everything in sight during some presentations, even more than in the past when he primarily just seemed to need to tap each color a couple of times when reciting options. I've seen him interrupt presentations by touching/grabbing/poking things multiple times, most recently with Rick/Richard Roman while he was actually trying to cook something. In the case noted here, the exchange with Chef Gill (aka Marc) didn't seem like a big deal to me, but I know we all have things that might bother us more than they do others.

There have been rumors off and on of MarkCharles Misilli coming back, but I'm not sure that's ever going to happen. I liked him and hope they might be able to find a way for him to represent a new brand. (Or maybe he could resume work with the Kuhn Rikon and Henning Lee presentations again; the current rep always seems a bit awkward, but I realize she probably just needs more experience.)

Bottom line....no one is perfect....thanks for responses as I was thinking out loud here.  As I have mentioned, my second thought was different.  I have been around a long time here and have always liked David.  It bothered me at the time and I should have just let it go .... no further discussion needed.

@walker It is nice to see someone who has changed their mind about a topic.  I admire folks who can do that!  Kudos!

By the way,  it is not Chef McGill.  His name is Marc Gill.

My mistake...it sounds like Chef McGill when David says his name.
