That's true, I bake my dressing in my All Clad roaster, although I've never needed that much lasagna to use it since I have the large one that's about 14x17. At one point I considered buying their lasagna pan but I love the way ceramic cooks and the All Clad  lasagna pan is not clad, it's all stainless steel.

I just have a regular old nonstick baking pan that's 15x10", that I've used for many years.  IIRC, it's from the old CE line of nonstick bakeware.   Still looks like perfect after all these years and is the perfect size for my recipe.

 

I make it large like that because I cool, cut into squares, freeze, and vacuum seal it so I have plenty to last a year or more.  Smiley Happy
