I was watching Rev. Run's Sunday Suppers Show on The Cooking Channel and a friend of his baked some

turkey wings. He used the flat and the wing tip attached. No meat on the wing tip. The drumette was cut off. I think I'd use the flat and the drumette part. He seasoned them up and baked them a 350* for 2 hours covered and 1 hour uncovered. They looked good and crispy. The family seemed to enjoy them!!!!

I've never baked turkey wings like this before, makes me want to get some and try this out.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
