Thanks for all your suggestions. I finally found a fishmonger here in town who thinks he might get some in soon and will call me. It's been frozen since it's out of season now but that's ok at this point. It's funny how I have been craving it lately.

I have a lot in the freezer, caught this summer. I wish I liked it more than I do.
