I saw the commercial on TV and went looking for it. At Walmart they sell a packet that makes 1 gallon of sweet tea for 98 cents. I got it and liked it. They also sell a larger box of packets.
I got some for my Mom at Food Lion and it was $3.99 for 6 packs that made 1/2 gallon each. She has to make tea tomorrow for about 60 people, so we are giving this a try with them. I got a box of sweet tea and a box of unsweet. About $8.00 for 6 gallons of tea.
Just pour the contents in a container, make sure to squeeze it all out. First time I made it I didn't squeeze it all out. I did better the second time making it, squeezing like you're getting the last of the toothpaste out of the tube. Just add water and stir. Thats all. I think they even have a green tea version.
So much easier, then using tea bags and sugar, like she use to do.
