I just want to update and say that the moussaka turned out to be delicious! I'm looking forward to trying the other recipes sooner than later.

House Cat ~ Thanks for the update! Maybe I will make moussaka with ground beef this weekend...oh, maybe ground turkey.....hmmm. DS doesn't like the richness of the ground lamb....maybe a combo of turkey and beef.....now ya' got me thinkin'.....
