I need Recommendations for a Pressure Cooker Cookbook, is Bob Warden's worthwhile?

I recently bought the Cooks Essentials 5.25 qt. Square Digital Nonstick Pressure Cooker K37715. I chose it based on compared reviews and price.

The only specialized cookbook I'm aware of is Bob Warden's and I found it on Amazon. I've visited many recipe websites and found very few appealing recipes and little variety, they're all Pot Roast and Beef Stew.

This unit can also be used as a slow cooker, however, I'm more interested in the speed of the pressure cooker and being able to cook from frozen.

I need to learn how to convert recipes to prepare in the pressure cooker.

I'm on a limited budget from Social Security Disability and have been eating cheap food, mostly carbs; peanut butter sandwiches; canned soups; etc. This is my entry into improving my diet to include meat and veggies.

Can anyone help me? Thanx in advance!
