I made something up and it actually tasted good!

I made Keilbausa with onions, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms and added just a wee little bit of teryiaki sauce and it was good.  I usually ruin every thing i cook  lol

I make something similar but without the teriyake.  I add an extra large can of undrained hominy and simmer until the liquid has evaporated.  Makes a very fast filling meal.

We always do a lot of creative cookery.

You taste as you go along, and add something different, into the mix, and voila...... it usually tastes delicious.

No special tools needed just some food, a little common sense, and a creative mind.

A fellow WW gave me a taco soup recipe she made and we had it last night. Boy was it good and will tell her this week at our meeting. She wrote one other up for me and I'll be doing that too.  Today, hubby is doing a turkey either on a grill or in the smoker. He's going a little crazy on it this week. But it's ok. He cleans up his mess. I don't cook, so it's all a winner. Woman Very Happy

I think if you just use all the flavors you enjoy, you can't go wrong.

kc, I cleaned out the fridge (somewhat) this afternoon.

I made a mixture of penne pasta, pancetta, onions, green peppers, garlic, grape tomatoes, red and white pasta sauces and Muffelatta Salad.

It tasted good, and hubby loved it!
