As mentioned stick with whole foods and stay away from processed items. Don't buy anything that has been boxed, etc. Eating low carb is also helping to avoid certain health probelms.
I have a gas range and have used it for decades. I find it very easy to use. I have an electric Breville counter top oven, a crock pot and a small air fryer. The only thing my microwave is good for is heating up things. I can't imagine "cooking" anything in one particularly if you want to heat healthy.
