The sweet roll dough recipe that comes with the mini zo makes great cinnamon rolls--I get 8 of them. I use a LITTLE less flour than it says so the dough will be soft and if I need to add more, I'll peek in the first minutes to see. You don't want a stiff dough for cinnamon rolls.

When the dough cycle is over, roll out to about 12 x 8.5 or a little less, square up the dough and try to get as even in thickness as you can. Coat with softened butter, throw on some brown sugar or brown and white sugar mixed, sprinkle with cinnamon and roll lengthwise. Cut into 1.5" slices, put in greated pan and bake at 325 until done--about 20 to 25 minutes usually.
