I just made my first chicken pot pies

DH always complains that I make the same meals, but he's a picky eater and is hesitent to try new things. So today DH scoffed when I said I wanted to make individual chicken pot pies.

I did anyway. I used Ina Garten's recipe and tweaked it a bit. He loved it. Just the right meal on a dreary day.
