I'm watching most of his show tonight, and he's making Quiche Lorraine. IMO authentic Quiche Lorraine is made with Gruyere cheese. Ask anyone from the Grenoble region of France! Wink

(I've been making this since I was a teenager. I make it using Gruyere cheese and bacon as the fillings - just those two ingredients!)
