I got my Penzeys Kind Heart box today. First time user, where do I start?

I use Italian seasonings when I make my sauce, but aside from that I'm kind of a spice novice. My Penzeys spices came today and I'd appreciate some guidance from people who have used them before. What spice should I use on what? Thanks to whoever posted about this deal originally...I enjoy trying new things.
