I am upset with QVC Re:Pioneer Woman

I have been waiting for two hours to see Ree show all of her goodies from her new cookbook. I ordered the cookbook at noon when David first spoke about it so I would make sure I got a copy. They sell out of the cookbook in a heart beat and I don't get to hear Ree speak about her book or introduce her dishes. REALLY??? I feel QVC failed it's guest (who had prepared all of these beautiful dishes) and its customers. QVC - you should have given Ree the time she deserved. If I wanted to order items on Amazon or at a store I would have, however, I look forward to QVC for demonstrations and ideas and guests stories. Does anyone out there agree with me? Sorry we didn't get to see you Ree, I for one, really looked forward to it.
