I have only ordered one item an area rug. I was very satisfied on all counts. I used their Affirm program for payment ...not a credit card, but very reasonable monthly payments and it works nicely. They e-mail you when a payment is taken out .

Their customer service is extraordinary. We bought a bedroom type bench, and it had a slight flaw. I called, and they ended up saying to just keep it and they would send another. Lo and behold, the second one also had a flaw, again nothing terrible. They said to keep that one as well and refunded the amount paid.

I only brought 2 things from them and was happy. They send me emails with sales & sometimes a coupon. If you are considering ordering from them, get on their email list.
