With pressure cooking. Was so afraid, but took the plunge and ordered the Todd English pressure cooker. It's so easy to handle, quiet, and my apartment smells great. People can smell my cooking out in the hallway.

It got many terrible reviews but mostly because of the poor instructions and not everyday recipes that came with it. The one little problem is that the timer only goes up to 30 minutes. But if I cook something that needs longer, I just press the button again and it's no hardship. I would never leave when it is on anyway. I did get Bob Warden's Great Food Fast and it is very helpful.

Now I understand all the raves for pressure cooking on this forum.
