I am in Love With My Induction Cookware

Oh my, I am absolutely in love with my new induction cooker cookware and I am speaking of the Circulon Infinite products. Finally after 2 years of looking at all types of stainless including triply, WP, T-Fal, and Greenpans, I found something that really had a even heating pattern so that plate sized pancakes are evenly browned. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin} I am so glad I took the plunge to get this cookware although they recommend using only wood or silicone utensils with it. It is dishwasher safe as well but so very easy to clean, I would not think of putting into the dishwasher, especially now with the ugly white film that I seem not to be able to get rid of.

This cookware is so efficient in heat transfer that I can sear on my induction range without using full power, infact my induction temperature was set at 350.. An electric stove will get over 800 on high.
