I grew up with Jiffy mix.

 

My Mom used to make an really easy coffee cake with their cake mix.

 

I like the corn bread mix. I'll either make it into muffins or put it in a small cake pan and then cut it into squares.

 

I think that Aldis carries the corn bread mix as a regular baking item.
